2) Forward Bear Crawl + Backward Bear Crawl + Lateral Bear Crawl + Groin Rock

3) Extensive Shoulder Prep: Pronated Pull Apart + Supinated Pull Apart + Flys + Sword Draws + External Rotations

4) Glute Activation: Monster Walks

5) Extensive Potentiation: Slam + Hurricane Slam + Paused CMJ
