The centre is a great sports centre with great facilities. It is clean, light, welcoming and not too crowded. It has a great gym, pool and sports hall. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's a pleasure to be there. The gym staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and the personal training available at the gym is excellent.
