We offer 4 meeting and conference rooms, all quietly located on the first floor away from our main sporting areas. The venue is ideal for a range of uses, catering for up to 60 delegates. Whether you choose to opt for an informal setting or a more formal function, our meeting and conference rooms can be used for a range of events, with room only rates and flexibility for added extras.

The centre is ideally located, close to the A1M in Hatfield and minutes from Welwyn Garden City and St Albans, with hotel facilities a short walk away.

Refreshments & Catering

Hertfordshire Sports Village can offer a range of hot drinks and water facilities available on a self-service basis from the hot beverage and water machines located near each room.

Coffee Machine hire

Choice of coffee, hot chocolate and teas (including herbal varieties), fresh milk and sugars replenished regularly by our staff throughout the day.

• Unlimited use for the full day: £3.00 per person
• Unlimited use for half day: £2.50 per person

Café Sport

We have a newly refurbished Café on site which serves Starbucks Coffee and a range of light sandwiches, snacks, cakes and hot and cold lunch specials which delegates are welcome to use at their leisure.

Hospitality delivery

Alternatively, we can liaise with our catering provider to arrange for a hospitality order to be delivered to your meeting room on request, please see link below for menu options.

NOTE: A small out of hours charge will be applied for deliveries after 5pm weekdays and at weekends.

* The International Suite is our Member's Lounge and Player Lounge rooms combined; note you cannot hire all 3 rooms at the same time.
* Hourly charge rate applies to evenings (after 5pm) and weekends only. Minimum 2-hour booking required.
* Full day rate is any booking longer than 4 hours
* all our prices are inclusive of VAT

AV Equipment

A large Projector, AV equipment, Whiteboard, flipchart and pens comes as standard in all rooms and is included in the above prices (various adapters are available on request).
