Each practice is only 15 minutes long and is designed as a morning practice, however, it really doesn't matter what time of day you step on the mat. Paula will be encouraging you to explore the benefits of what a daily yoga practice can bring to you. Each 15 minute class moves through soft and gentle movements, so you can slowly stretch and release your body and mind before you begin your day.
