Dual Lat Pulldown/Seated Row
Learn how to use the Matrix Lat Pulldown/Seated Row:
- Use the orange pin between the legs to adjust thigh pads to rest comfortably on your legs.
- Select an appropriate weight using the pin function.
- The elevated footrest provides stability and comfort during heavy lifts.
- For the exercise Lat Pulldown, use the bar above head pulling towards the chest.
- For the exercise Seated Row use the D handle in front of you pulling into the torso.

Dual Leg Extensions/Leg Curl
Learn how to use the Matrix Dual Leg Extensions/Leg Curl:
- Using the pin function, set up the lower pad to the position required for the desired exercise (Low = leg extension, High = leg curl).
- Use the pin at the back of the seat to adjust the back rest so the knees align with the orange pivot.
- Select the appropriate weight using the pin function.
- Finally, adjust the thigh pad so it sits on top of the legs.

Leg Press
Learn how to use the Matrix Dual Leg Press:
- Adjust seat with orange lever on the side of the seat so the knees are around 90 degrees.
- Select the appropriate weight using the pin function.
- Avoid locking the knees at the top of the movement.

Multi Press
Learn how to use the Matrix Multi Press:
- Adjust the seat height using the pin on the side of the seat.
- On the seat track use the other pin to set the seat up in either A,B or C depending on the exercise you want to perform.
- Select the appropriate weight using the pin function.
- Choose a comfortable grip on the handles and begin exercise.

Assisted Chin/Dip
Learn how to use the Matrix Assisted Chin/Dip:
- BEWARE* the heavier weights on this machine make it easier for the user.
- Once you have selected the appropriate weight take hold of either the chin up or dip handles.
- Place your knees onto the supporting pad.
- Begin performing the exercise with help from the support.

Pec Fly/Rear Delt
Learn how to use the Matrix Pec Fly/Rear Delt:
- Use the pins above to adjust the starting position of the arms. They are numbered depending on which exercise you want to perform.
- Adjust the seat so the handles are in line with your chest.
- Select the appropriate weight.
- For the rear delt you will use the horizontal handles.
- For the pec fly you will use the vertical handles.
