Summer is well and truly here so why not join us in the great outdoors for our awesome Boot Camp sessions!
These sessions will give you a whole body workout combining running and bodyweight exercises designed to improve your stamina and strength. Each of our friendly and knowledgable coaches are different and will guide each class in the great outdoors. Varied exercise outside means you're more likely to work your body in new and different ways... so let's take it outside!
Sessions take place every Monday & Thursday from 7pm-8pm.
Sessions run from Monday 10th July until Thursday 31st August 2017.
Activity will take place on Ellenbrook Fields - meet at Hertfordshire Sports Village reception at least 10 minutes before the session is due to start.
Single sessions: £6.00 (members) £8.00 (non-members) £4.00 (students)
10 session package: £48.00 (members) £64.00 (non-members) £32.00 (students)
