Mobility Exercises at Home
These mobility sessions will look to take your muscles, tendons and joints through a range of different movement patterns, to help improve tissue health. Regular mobility sessions are a great way of improving posture and help reduce those aches and pains in the body. The sessions require very little, to no equipment, but if you have any bands lying around, they can easily be utilised to help put your body under greater resistance.
Mobility sessions can be completed at any time of the day. Either early in the morning after getting up, during the middle of the day, taking a break from your work station or in the evening if you can feel your body tightening up after a long day. Lets get moving and let’s get mobilising together.
